The Village Theater
Owned and operated by Canton Township, the Village Theater offers arts and culture for all ages. From live theater to fine art exhibits, multicultural events to the magic of dance, this 30,000 square foot center has 400 seats and hosts a vast array of performances year round. All seats offer unobstructed views and there’s a limited selection of beverages and snacks available for purchase.

Located just behind the Canton Administrative Building, Heritage Park spans 105 acres and features a pedestrian path, splash playground, a pond, a play scape playground, picnic tables, sand volleyball, and a variety of sports fields.
Within walking distance to the Canton Public Library, The Canton Historical Museum and The Summit on the Park Recreational Center, the park offers both cultural and recreational activities within a stone’s throw of each other.

Canton Farmer’s Market
Held rain or shine, the Canton Farmer’s Market is open air and features local Michigan produce and crafts. As you shop the market you can listen to live music. Be sure to walk through the Historical Society Pole Barn to learn about Canton’s early farm culture. Local chefs are on hand at every market for live cooking demonstrations and your kids can sit in on the Canton Public Library Story Time. There is also a bouncer for jumping, weekly crafts and interactive music activities.
